These terms explain use of the Total Shower Glass website, service inquiries and our customer text messaging program. Project-specific terms are provided in your written quote or service agreement.

Website and service inquiries

Total Shower Glass provides custom shower glass measurements and installation services in the Tampa Bay area. Please provide accurate contact and project information and submit only information or photos you are authorized to share. Do not use this website to send spam, unlawful content or material that interferes with its operation.

A website inquiry or text message does not by itself create an installation agreement or reserve an appointment. Photo-based estimates are preliminary and subject to confirmed measurements, product selections and site conditions. Pricing, scope, deposits, payment dates, scheduling, cancellations and applicable warranties are governed by your accepted written quote or service agreement. These website terms do not change an existing project agreement or limit rights provided by applicable law.

SMS text messaging program

When you opt in to Total Shower Glass text messages, we may send estimate responses, appointment confirmations, reminders, project updates, invoices and support messages. Automated messages may be included. Promotional texts require separate consent where required. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies with your project and interactions. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. To receive messages again, contact us to renew your consent.

Reply HELP for assistance, email info@totalshowerglass.com, or call (352) 668-9611. Tell us if your number changes. Use only a number you own or are authorized to use.

Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not for emergencies.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and protect information. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information as needed to deliver messages.

Changes and contact

Updates to these terms will appear here with a revised date. Changes do not retroactively alter accepted project agreements or substitute for any new consent required for messaging.
